Accessibility

Seminole Outdoor Services wants this website to work for everyone.

Last updated: August 23, 2026. We are working to make our website and online service workflows usable by people with disabilities and compatible with common assistive technologies.

Our accessibility approach

SOS uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical accessibility target for new and updated website content. Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification.

Features we are building and maintaining

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators
  • A skip-to-content link
  • Readable color contrast and scalable text
  • Semantic headings and meaningful link text
  • Form labels, instructions, and understandable error feedback
  • Reduced-motion support for users who request it
  • Alternative text for meaningful images when images are added
  • Mobile-friendly layouts and touch targets
  • Accessible account and estimate workflows

Need help using the site?

If a page, form, document, or feature is difficult to use because of a disability, please use the Contact SOS page. Include the page or feature you were trying to use and a short description of the problem. If you are comfortable doing so, you may also tell us the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using.

We will work to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative while we investigate the barrier.

Ongoing review

Automated accessibility checks are useful but do not catch every barrier. SOS intends to combine automated checks with manual keyboard, zoom, form, contrast, and screen-reader-oriented review as the public site grows.

Accessibility feedback is welcome. Report a barrier through Contact SOS.
